Unite Students, the proposed development partner of Manchester Metropolitan University, is putting together plans to increase the quality and quantity of student accommodation on the university's All Saints Campus.

The redevelopment of Cambridge Halls will provide 2,330 student bedrooms to help to meet the university’s growing student housing needs, by delivering new student accommodation alongside community uses such as health and wellbeing spaces and retail.
